Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days, for any reason. Alternatively, the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don't forget to enclose the return form that was sent with your order. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

We will endeavour to dispatch all goods within 7 working days by Royal Mail or Courier. Also please allow 14-21 days for goods out of stock. If you require your item urgently please feel free to contact us on 0191 252 1660 for an estimated delivery time.
We cannot deliver outside the UK, including BFPO addresses unless you contact us for approval. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box.


Customers will receive an email within 2 working days to offer an alternative item or approximate delivery time.

We maintain a large stock of goods but if any part of an order is temporarily out of stock the remainder of the order, if applicable, will be shipped and an e-mail advice sent to the customer advising an estimated delivery date for any missing items.

Upon clearance of full payment, and subject to availability the ordered goods will be dispatched to the address quoted by the customer. We accept no liability for undelivered or misdelivered items due to the customer supplying incorrect address details.

All our deliveries are dispatched via courier. These may be delivered anytime between 8 am and 6 pm. All deliveries MUST be signed for. If you are out at the time of delivery our courier will leave a card for you to arrange a suitable re-delivery time, you will not be charged extra for this.

Damaged or Undelivered Goods

Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise, no claim can be considered. If our courier is unable to deliver your purchase within 5 working days we will recall the item to our store and a refund will be issued to your card.
